Anyone still using a tube amp?

I have an engl powerball mk1 which i would like to use with my fm3 with midi. Anyone know a reasonably priced solution to convert midi to old-school relay switches? A simple channel select to the amp will do it.

ENGL themselves have a midi relay switch for their amps. Not sure how much that costs though, and I couldn’t find it on their website, but there may be some used ones available. It’s called Z-11, I think.

Yeah it was bigger even more expensive and needed power!

Probably you’re right. I used it many years ago when I still thought I needed a real tube amp and had an ENGL. Wasted years.

I still keep it cause it has a charm and sometimes i rent it as a backline for festivals etc.
