Anyone have a Lincoln Brewster plexi type pre set?

Lincoln's guitars have an on/off switchable preamp that adds mids. He kept that a secret (afaik) until his signature guitar came out. So, some of his tones, no doubt, would be a lot easier to get with that preamp in play.
