Meets self at door: "I tweaked the presets.""Time to tweak the presets" ala old Dunkin' Donuts commercial.
Update: after a successful beta of FM3 5.0, we're taking a few days to get the latest Axe-Fx III changes brought in. This is something we feel is definitely worth the time, including another round of private beta scheduled to begin this week or next.

The FM3/FM9 and FX3 are running Cygnus, and are in lock-step as much as the hardware differences allow. As improvements are made they're rolled into the others, both in the firmware and in the editors. And what's impressive is that Cliff never stops looking for ways to make the algorithms more efficient, and when he can he'll add things to the FM3 that previously weren't able to run in it.Thanks Matt and the Team
Quick question please ..... excluding the Axe 3 specific features and efx that cant-wont run on the FM3, does this mean that the plan is that:-
=>FM3 5.0 will include all the Axe 3 18.x sonic audio engine improvements (?)
Now that is THE question lolexcellent, but what about pitch shifter latency? will it be on pair with AF3?
You can look at the Axe-Fx 3 firmware updates to get an idea. FM3 is about up to date to 16.05 on its 4.01 firmware.Nice! Thanks for your work!
Did I miss a post about what is in this FW update?
