Glenn went off the radar. Although he still posts some videos on Youtube you can't comment on them. I think he's still on FB but I don't do FB.

I think there may have been an issue with someone here, too bad as Glenn was a real asset.

For the sake of clarity, I don't know if that's the reason, or who may be involved if it is the reason. Maybe Glenn is just busy right now.

Bottom line is that we lost a valuable contributor.

Well it seems that the only plugin that's not downlaodable is this one. Or at least I downloaded Cesium fine. Maybe he got into a disagreement with Fractal or somebody and took is part down.

I'd be reluctant to share even if I did have it. The owner decided he didn't want it disseminated. That's his decision. You might be able to ask him directly.

I'm generally empathetic towards this view, but in this case we just can't make any assumptions. The page for the product is still up, at least implying that it should be available. A download link can break for any number of reasons, it might be just as likely that Glenn doesn't even know his download page doesn't work. Without Glenn making a definitive statement, we just can't know. If you can show me where Glenn stated he no longer wished for this plugin to be distributed, I'd of course be more than happy to halt any distribution.

That's not exactly true. I don't want to go behind his back but I have been in contact with him. He does know. Something happened here that he found personally offensive. He knows the link is broken. He broke it on purpose.
