Amp/Tone Matching Question

So if I am reading this right is it now possible to plug in and the fractal unit tell what amp or similar effects they are using in a recording ?

No.
It's possible to match a tone but it doesn't tell you what was used.
Not possible with effects.

Furthermore, the Tone Match block isn't available on the AX8.
