Amp block boost amount parameter

"Boost amount" parameter in the amp block that would allow you to choose a fixed boost other than +12dB for the built-in boost switch, thus freeing up a filter block. This is a "Chase" comment from another thread that I though should be polled ....

And - the ability to assign a cc rather than sysex for it

The way I understand the thread, we are voting on two things:

1) Being able to turn the Amp boost feature on/off via a cc (I don't believe the op covers this explicitly)
2) Being able to change the amount of boost applied (instead of a fixed number of db's)

I would absolutely love this. This plus the global output solo boost talked about in the other thread would free up both filter blocks.

I hadn't even thought about that, but that would be cool too. "Negative boost" can be just as useful as positive boost.
