I can't find one right now but I will keep searching. I need to get something within a week or two. Thanks to everyone for the help.

FCB-1010 with a EurekaProm chip. I used it for a couple years and it was great.
You can find used FCB's for really cheap. A new FCB-1010 is $150. EurekaProm chip is $35.

In my opinion you can't go wrong with the Roland FC100 or FC200 & FC300 with built-in expression pedals. They can take abuse of some hard stomping. They're easy to set up and you can use the CTRL pedal to turn on the tuner. A little pricey for the 200 & 300 but well worth it. I have a 200 that's 20+ years old and still works like a champ.
