AKG Q701's? Anyone out there?

So I just went to my local guitar center and ordered the Q701's bc they matched the Amazon price,plus a % of the difference, for 236! I figured I need something to use when my axe fx arrives next week until I can afford the focal csm50 monitors I want. I was just going to get another set of adams but thats a whole other story. Anyways, anyone out there have these cans or something comparable to shed some insight? With my axe fx II I had a few months ago the first night I unboxed it I used some cheap sony on ears and it sounded really good. Can only imagine what a nice set of cans will do.
 
Really. You expect much response within 8 hours? And mostly US nighttime? Especially Saturday evenings are pretty slow around here.

Using Beyer DT770 Pro. Like much.
 
I've used a pair of AKG701s and the patches i made translated well to my monitors.

I'm also looking for a pair of cans that will translate well when preparing patches for gigs/practice.
The reviews of the Q701 are pretty impressive at that price point...
