Add a 2nd Enhancer

Now that the enhancer is more powerful with phase inversion and true panning, having a 2nd one would be very useful to manipulate the dry and effected chains separately (or 2 effect runs!)

Please make a 2nd Enhancer block available.

If this was easy to implement, I'd be for it.

If there was a second enhancer available, I'd use it.

It'd be pretty nifty to have a different spread available for different effects at the same time.
