I was aking you how you tweak the preamp section of the cab block
EDIT: I mean "how do you set the knobs in the preamp of the cab block? Do you have some tip that you always do that improves the sound?"
The Preamp section in the Cab block is intended to model the channel preamp in a mixer channel, or a stand-alone mic preamp. You might push it just a tiny bit into overdrive to add some warmth, just as you might push the Tube Pre amp model for warmth.
As @Dave Merrill said above, I don’t think an electric-guitar amp would add anything desirable to an acoustic guitar. Bit pushing an analog preamp for added warmth is an old studio trick on anything from acoustic guitar to woodwinds to vocals.
