Ability to keep knob positions when switching related Amp Models

I'd like to request a feature to keep EQ settings when switching between related Amp Models like:
  • ODS-100 Ford
  • ODS-100 Ford PAB
  • ODS-100 Ford PAB Mid

Since these models represent the same physical amp, they logically share the same settings. Switching between them is effectively just flipping the PAB switch on the real amp, so the EQ knobs should not reset to default.

Having an option to 'Lock EQ' would allow us to audition these switch variations much more realistically and efficiently.

I’d love for this, and to condense all modeled channels/switches/inputs of each amp model into one master model, and give us the ability to toggle switches and such while retaining all settings across the board.

I’d wager a lot of models go untouched because there are so many to choose from, and this would not only help shine a light on them, but also streamline the process for us.

Yes, of course. In fact, I had already made that suggestion in the past. It would be even better if all of those options were grouped into a single amplifier. The Revv amplifier in Fractal, for example, includes about eight amplifiers, but in reality it’s just one.

That would be an excellent feature. Another one is input eq which resets to the new default when you select a new amp model. Some things retain and some don’t. There’s probably a reason FAS did it that way but it does make it cumbersome dropping in new amp models.

+1 to OP's request. I'd love to be able to lock all of the amp settings when desired. Not only for different options on a given amp as in his example, but also to compare different models like different Marshalls or Fenders etc. (Yes I know we can sort of do that w/ ABCD channels but if you duplicate A > B and then change B you lose the rest of the settings anyway...)
