Hello all,
Anyone know if it's possible or tried to control 2 Axe Fx XL's with a single MFC?
Thinking I want to start using two live to stack sounds but still have one MFC to change presets and scenes for both sharing the same preset # and using scented to bypass amps, etcon the 2nd Axe when I don't want it.

Was thinking I could just use and XLR splitter as I love the ease of only one cable going to my MFC. Then then would share more than scenes.

Curious if anyone has an ideas.
Thx!

Connect your MFC up to Axe-FX #1.
Run a MIDI cable out of Axe-FX #1 MIDI OUT to Axe-FX #2 MIDI IN.

Done.

an XLR splitter won't work because it's not a typical XLR connection. i wouldn't even try it since power is sent through those connections.

you would probably connect to a "main" Axe-Fx using FASlink, then use MIDI Thru from the Main to the Second Axe and a MIDI cable.
