🔥Introducing the new AM4 Amp Modeler

Very nice.
I was expecting an even smaller unit like the Line 6 HX One or Tonex One for the Pedalboard.
That would be a Multiseller with only Amp, Cab, Reverb (maybe Delay) for all the guys who only one or two great amps from Fractal on their Pedalboard.

So this is direct competition to Tonex Pedal with one more Footswitch. I think Fractal will win, Tonex has got no scenes, only midi.
I like this very much, have to measure my Pedalboard!:D

Don’t want to confuse people.

The same parameters you know from big brother unit amp blocks, but laid out with main amp page then you have to enter “Expert Edit” just like on the VP4 for fine tuning stuff.

Plus the cab block IS located in the amp block. Dyna-cabs are the default.

My main point was and is - the amp sounds for amp models sound like their big brother units.

Where can we download the AM4-edit?

How does the AM4 CPU compare to the Axe FIII, and FM9?

What are the dimensions of the AM4?

AM4-edit is on the product page linked to in the first post.

The AM4 CPU is very powerful in its own right. Comparison to the flagship-class products is not really relevant in some ways since a) the AM4 has a fixed four blocks instead of a grid and b) its is laser focused on being an amp modeler with essential effects rather than a kitchen sink. But like any of our products, I hope people will be very impressed with all it can do, and while we do put up guard-rails, we don't stop you from piling on until you reach the limits of the device!

For detailed dimensions, check the last page of the Owner's Manual. I just added them there for you :-)

Well, another question (even though the answer is probably no, still haven't had time to read the whole manual): can it do dual amps?
