I’ve had several III’s - I’d sell thinking I could live without and then end up buying again because…ICLW. LOL.
But I ended up with the Tone King Imperial Preamp - which is just kiiiilller. So I bought the AM-4 - and have been blow away by it. But it’s just too big for my board (I can’t make myself take some pedals off) and I was just using it as an either/or. And having both the pedal board and am-4 has been kindve physically clunky in my studio (where I have them).
I’m sure I will buy this momentarily - and then decide whether I need both. I mostly play Fender stuff so this is a great start for my liking.
By the time you add the other packs , buy a s/h FM3,,,,, definitely just one for the Fanbois I'm afraid,,,,, if they did a $100 for all if you own the hardware, then that's fair,,,,look at Helix NativeWhere are you finding an FM3 for $299?

This is a great evolution! are these the exact same algorithms and amps and effects that are also in the Axe fx III? or are the models adjusted for the plugin version? And does the plugin also will get the same updates in the future as the Axe fx III models?
It's under a lot of load and about to get a lot worse now that the 3PM newsletter email has started going out in batches.

LMAO!I wanted to post first as a response to that recent comment on this forum which stated that Fractal Audio would never ever release a plugin, but I thought I'd leave it to you to find that topic and link back to here ;-)
