FM3 No sound from USB in FM3

My fractal Ax8 is burned?

I’m from El Salvador so the fractal support is a hard option for me, I’ll have to ship the unit and back. So maybe someone can have an idea of what can be the problem, maybe the converters died or just the output jacks need replacement

No sound on factory presets, other's have sound

I have a weird issue going on. I get no sound out of any of the Factory presets out Output 1/Humbuster cable. I do have sound with the Austin Buddy Bass tone pack presets that start preset 384. I'm new to things Fractal, haveing only recently purchased my FM3 but this just seems kinda odd...
