Axe FXIII won’t upgrade to 23.01

Hello fellow Fractal Army, I just received my brand new unit from the factory. I’ve tried a few times to upgrade with Fractal Bot to FW 23.01. The file downloads fine but won’t Load it for install. Help is greatly appreciated! Also, is there a quick way to do a Factory Reset?

Reset AMP Block" after Firmware Update | CYGNUS

I made a short video about "Reset AMP Block" after Firmware Update | CYGNUS Everything is super simple and fast. "Reset Channel" resets all parameters to factory settings, while "Reset AMP Blocks" leaves the amplifier parameters (Authentic, Ideal) completely unchanged. Cheers Frank

White screen after fw update?

Just updated my firmware and now I only get a bright white screen. Everything works just fine, I can still make sounds from the unit and Axe Edit is still working with it.......just the screen is white. What do I do?
