Sounds complicated (for me) but I will look into it… is there a preset where this is applied? Second press to previous scene is a plan B for sure but still requires an extra tap dance and some distraction whilst playing (again, for me). Thx for suggestions.

The original TQM neck differs slightly from regular AZ: on the Wikipedia page it says: Neck type: 2018–2022: TQM 2023: AZ Oval C (22 fret) Slight differences so if you don't like the general AZ-size you'll probably won't like this one either...

So, I've had a Headrush FRFR for a while now and I don't like it...

I use the out2 to sent to the 112, and you can put a seperate EQ before that path in axe edit if you want. So leave the patch as is for you headphone or monitors and tweak to taste for out2

So, I've had a Headrush FRFR for a while now and I don't like it...

Sure there are, no argument there, just trying to help out. I use my 112 as a monitor for live purposes only, dial in to taste, try it out in a band context to learn what’s best eq wise. In my studio I use Dynaudio monitors, which sound great stereo on (almost) any volume level…. Just my 2 cents.

There is a thread somewhere where there is some solid advice to use EQ to actually 'flatten the curve' for the Headrush and really get this piece to sound good/great. Groundbreaking for some as I understood it. It was probably on a Axe3 topic but also applicable for the IIXL I would think...

I have to be honest, I'm also struggling to get the mojo after v15.03... for example the many great @Burgs and @Richard Hallebeek presets I have come to love and made my own have lost some soul somewhere... amp/channels resets havent done it for me and endless deep tweaking of sag and other...

Exactly my thoughts.... it’s more a block setting than an amp parameter isn’t it? I get Yek’s point too but I doubt that anyone would complain if block parameters stay the same and only amp/tone specific parameters are reset...

Is it just me or when I "Reset Amps Blocks" by using the Manage Presets context menu, the Bypass Mode is set to Thru (even though it was set to Mute originally?)... that has some unexpected results in presets with more than one amp...

Here ya go. I have set up default Virtual Capo in the pitch block. Scene 1 = channel A of pitch block (all settings default). Scene 2 = channel B of pitch block (see screenshot below) with Shift +5, so 5 semitones up (makes an E sound like an A) Scene 3 = channel C of pitch block with Shift +7...

Hm, I use my volume and tone pots a lot actually, especially on my Les Paul (... middle position can be nasty...) and on my Duesenberg. Gain in a pedal is too hard for me: "where am I, on 20%, 60%, 80%?"... maybe just needs getting used to.

Great stuff, thank you! So far, I have always limited myself to using one pedal, mainly for Wah. Never found the use of dialing in extra gain/effect during live performances. And volume, well, I try to be strong and let the sound guy manage that for me because otherwise I get angry bandmates...

That Virtual Capo in 12.08 is too much fun! Going through the Blues changes with the Virtual Capo... Just set up 3 scenes: 1) basic rock tone, 2) PITCH +5, 3) PITCH +7 And just start tapdancing :-) while your hand is doing the same thing... had a blast

I also have a very load POP and then lock-up of the Axe: that is, no sound, ALL outputs MAX out (see pic) only loud pops (when switching presets, you can still move from patch to patch...). I have it with Burgs Dumble preset I edited slightly. No immediate lockup, but after some playing...

Hi all, I use OUTPUT 1 in both Studio environment as well as rehearsal and Live situations. We use a (digital) mixer (Behringer X32) for rehearsal/live. It took some time to get all volumes and EQ well balanced for the whole band. My monitoring is managed through the app of the Behringer...

As @biskitboy said: use a Tube Pre (amp block) for a nice neutral sounding ‘amp’. I built a preset around this for my Taylor k14ce, sounds fantastico.

Wish FREQOUT pedal

Just bought the @Moke Rebel Yell preset with the emulation, it's quite good after some little tweaking in volumes and delay time! Recommended... PS: and it triggered me to learn Rebel Yell (tricky intro), let's see if the guys and girls of the band wanna play it ;-)
