    Am I missing something? Are we able to send MIDI CC messages with AX8? I've ran 4cm setup with EVH 5150 III successfully some years ago, not needing that - as the loop is always on, when you plug anything in it. No need to send CC messages, only PCs, when you need amp channel change.

    Mesa Electradyne. One channel, three different sounding modes, from clean to almost hi gain; some say "Mesa-dressed Marshall" ;) I have one and I love it - but I plan to part with it, to buy again some FAS gear. That would cheer me up ;))

    I'd be missing only the ability to run 2 amps in one preset. Just that, really. Headphones out and audio interface would be nice addition though... Generally, I expect rather FAS releasing AX8 mark II, than anything close-to-AXE FX III in floor format anytime soon. I do hope they would keep...

    Well, that's a pretty machine that goes "ping", you have there, sir. Brilliant, but completely redundant, as for me. I'm sure that the next evolutionary step in the AX8 line is about to happen, though. But not the AXEIII in floor format - that would be too cannibalizing... I'd bet for AX8+...

    Doesn't matter. Some pairs of amps will switch faster, some slower, regardless of gain territory, and even - regardless of how close they are technically relaleted.

    Heck, another lucky guy! I hear annoying gap in presets' changes with just amp and cab, at less than 30% cpu usage. Although I must admit this varies strongly between different amp pairs. Some pairs are almost acceptable.
