AxeFX2XL USB into IMAC for Garageband issue

The IMAC is definately not recognizing the AXEFX anymore. It is not coming up in the drop down input menu in Garageband....

I just bought a brand new cable and nope still not recognising the AXEFX....any other ideas? It may be a settings thing on the IMAC/Garageband but I havent actually changed anything.....

How to setup expression pedal like a wah?

Typo. There is a light on the expression pedal which illuminates when you depress the pedal all the way to the toe position and it clicks. Kind of like on and off.
