Xitone 10 inch Powered Speaker - Awesome

Just ordered a "convertible" open/closed back version of the Michael Britt cab from Xitone! Looking forward the seeing Mick's handiwork in 3 or 4 weeks approximately!!! Will post pics and a review after I've played with it for several days!

Xitone Open-Back 1-12" review/Mick Farlow for President

Just ordered a "convertible" model of the Michael Britt Cab!!! Tool-less removal panel to go back and forth between open back and closed back cab!!! Can't wait to hear it! Gonna be a few weeks, though. Worth the wait I'm sure! Whoop!

Squealing/feedback problem..

The older Atomic tube models with a woofer and a tweeter/horn used to be BAD about that type of squeal. I still have one and it would squeal when I turned a certain direction, but not the other way. Didn't matter if I had the strings muted or not. That was a pain in the arse to say the least...

My initial experiences with the Seismic SAX-12M-PW 12" powered coaxial monitor

I have a perfectly working Seismic sax 12" and a 15", both powered. I like the sound of both, but prefer using the 15" if only using one. It's gotta be a high end, high paying gig to be worth me taking the CLR out...

Squealing/feedback problem..

I've occasionally, well, rarely, had incidence of squeals with an up angled monitor. Seemed to just be one particular venue. Lots of diamond plate panels on the ceiling around the stage... aCk!

FRFR Solutions

For the drunk bar gigs, a 15" coaxial powered Seismic Audio plus a 12" coaxial Seismic Audio powered monitor. Low cost/low risk and they actually hang quite well. CLR when in a nice place.

Finally took the plunge

My shiny new Axe FX II XL+ is due to arrive tomorrow... can't wait to drop by the UPS store on the way home!!! Whoop!!! I actually own a Kemper rack as well. I must have it all... LoL!!!
