Wish 3-tap (off/x/y) ability on buttons assigned to fx

If ie drive one has OD on X, and a fuzz on Y, it would be awesome, if i could be possible if you, from off state, could press the button once to activate to OD. Then press once more (or double tab from off) for fuzz and yet again to turn off. This would be awesome for basically all fx (and amps!!)

How is Quantum CPU-wise? I have noticed in FW19, that some of my old presets worked fine when they were made in fw17 and fw18, but on fw19 the very same presets can not be used, as the CPU usage of the axe goes straight to 100%, and only static sounding noise is heard. I have and Axe-fx II XL.
