Configuring the HS-8 with AXE FX 3

I followed the HS-8 Manual, jammed two XLR cables between the HS-8’s and the Axe-fx and never looked back (since 5 years or so). Treating the room is more important for a good result imo

Long time question and maybe answered before but can’t find it anywhere: after I edit a preset on my Fx-8 with Fracpad and go to the next preset the edited version stays on the screen. How can I change to another preset without saving the changes?

Installed the new version on my old iPad (ios 10.3.3) - problem still exists. It installed v1.17 instead of v1.21. After updating on my new iPad (ios 11.4) Fracpad says that v1.20 is installed, not 1.21...

We had our last gig of 2017 last night with our Thin Lizzy tribute Parris and Iron Maiden tribute Harris. Just before leaving for the gig I loaded Yeks' basic preset and tried it direct out at the soundcheck. Just to hear how it sounded. Awesome!! Made a quick copy and changed the driveblock...

Wah help - it changes the sound

Did you callibrate your pedal? Have you tried the wah-block in a factory-preset? If that works you could copy the settings from the 'factory-wah' to y in your own wah-block and find out where the diffences are. That way you know what to do next time... Should be an easy fix.

Bought CabPack 20. In the Preset-Cab-bundle there's a preset called ML Brit Pre 1. The amp-block has a Vibrato Verb CS instead of a Brit Pre. Just change the amp to JM-Pre? Do you remember which one you have used when making this preset?

I think you can find it in the UltraRes Samples-folder that came with the last official FW-version (18.12)

Tried it, but the volumedrop is still there. It's better then with mid on 50%, but a slower movement of the pedal makes the "authentic-volumedrop' still noticeable.

Is it possible to switch the saturation-switch on and off with an expression-pedal? I've tried several ways, but going from "off" to "Ideal" passes "authentic". That means a volume-drop before you reach Ideal... I don't want to use scenes for this, because I use my expr.pedal for going from...
