Why do peeps use an external tuner in their rig ?

I like to be able to quickly tune during songs and in between. I use output 2 with a direct line into my off board tuner.

Managing presets when new F.W arives....

No .... it doesn't work that way. They will post links to the new banks and you will need to download and place into the correct folders. Then you can audition via AE and as Scott said, as long as you don't save to the AxeFX then you're good to go!

I personally like the FS-6, especially since I've modded to save battery life. Plus, they interlock together and you have the option of making it a momentary or toggle as well as change the polarity. I think you'll be happy with the FS6!

Hey...thanks a bunch. The Reveal mode was fine, but I just preferred to have the banks/patches readily available. My original intent was to change scenes but found out that could not happen with midi moose via the MFC. Worked fine when I went direct to axe2 vid midi.

I can't really justify the LF + ..... I was able to pick up a Midi Moose cheap and from reading all the specs, this should be possible. The PC changes do get passed cause I see them in the Midi Monitor in Midi Ox which is from the Midi Out of the A2 which is the last connection in the chain...

Should i get an axe fx? Enlighten me please.

Proud New Ultra Owner!!

Hopefully, 1 hour left before my Ultra should arrived. If I don't get today, I'm gonna cry. Everything is wired, ready and waiting. Feel like I've built a nursery and waiting for the baby to come home. I hope it's as good as I've read about for the last two weeks!

I ordered my Ultra last Tuesday and it's scheduled for delivery tomorrow and I can't wait. Longest weekend of my life! You really have to check inventory frequently. I lucked out just playing around and was able to add to my cart so I went ahead and purchased. I did see and Ultra available...
