AX8 Power Amp/cab Live

I run my AX8 into VHT 2/50/2 into a cab live. It's totally fine. I know a lot of people do stuff for the the stage volume. I'm not so much concerned with that, it's just I've so far been unable to get anywhere near as good a sound using IRs.

Basic AX8 questions

7. I play my AX8 through real cabs by plugging it into a VHT 2/50/2 and then into the cab. I love this. It sounds awesome. Most people who see this setup agree. I do not know about a 4x12 FRFR as I've never heard an FRFR setup that sounded nearly as good as going into a 2/50/2 into a cab or cabs.

Wow, thanks for the super quick responses, everyone! OK, so maybe someone can comment on my workflow then. I'm using output 3 or 4 to connect to my power amp as the wiki page referenced above suggests. When I'm making patches, I try to get the level on that output as near to 0 as possible. Now...

I should add a clarifying point. I know I can match the meters on the front panel by turning the physical knobs on the faceplate for outputs 1 and 2 down. The meters in Axe Edit don't appear to change though so if I have a signal that is near 0 dB for output 3 or 4, it will be maxing out the...

How do I make all the outputs the same level? I feel like I used to be able to do this. I haven't used my III in several months as I've been playing my AX8 but just hooked it back up to try out 12.09. I have a patch that is literally just input 1 and then split out four ways to output 1, 2, 3...

Yeah, Axe Edit seems like the more likely culprit. I will try to repro at some point and report back. Maybe there's a particular trick to hitting some corner case.

I've encountered two bugs while running this firmware. Sorry if these have already been reported or are unrelated. First is when using the Ten-Tap Delay block from Axe Edit, the delay time parameter and it's knob do not match up. The knob always appears as though it's turned all the way down...
