Offset Question

On the MFC: Axe-Fx Display Offset = 1 MFC101 Display Offset = 1 ON the Axe II: I/O MIDI Display Offset = 1 When I press button 1 on the MFC I get preset 002 on the Axe. MFC button 2 gives me preset 3, etc. What have I done wrong?

No function after firmware update

I just updated the MFC firmware. The update was successful. Whether I power on the MFC with the wall wart or through the Axe II via cable the MFC does not respond to any button presses. Button 1 red light is on. "Up" & "Down" lights are green. ???

Global Expression Pedal

(referencing page 54 section 12.4.15 of the MFC manual) My only available MIDI CC# choices for XP1 are "OFF" and the numbers 000-127. How do I set expression pedal 1 to Global (GBL)? I am trying to make XP1 a global master volume control.
