Yes, but the AX8 is not Chinaware and if you throw the case around, a good foam padding would be more important than the case itself.....

I've had a Thon-case for my Axefx II. The case was very heavy. I don't like it when the packaging is heavier than the load. For the AX8 the case will be nearly twice the weight of the Axe....

Playing TurnTables through AXE-FX

I would suspect, that you want to control the volume of the turntable separatly, so I would buy a cheap phono preamp and and a micro mixer (Behringer). You could connect all components and control them No studio quality.... Regards Hartmut

Taking my guitar onboard the airplane.

I flew several times US/Europe and always took my guitar as carry-on, even a Gretsch Semi with case. Never had a problem. Airlines were Lufthansa, United and Continental.

The G30 transmitter has a plastic housing and a primitiv belt clip. I've lost my unit several times because the clip got loose. I'm using the G50 now! Much better. It has a low-power mode, so battery life is extended.

iPad for lead sheets

I use forScore together with a little device, called airturn. It' a bluetooth device which can use two switches, so you can scroll forward and backward within a leadsheet or within a setlist. Works fine.

MFC tuner display

Hi, I'm very happy with my Ultra and the MFC in general, but not satisfied with the tuner display. At the MFC it reacts much slower and jumps from left to right. At the Axe it reacts more sensitive. Do you have the same issue? Any recommendations? Thanks
