Help! It has happened again and now restoring the system+gb+fc.syx is not restoring the layouts. I have a .fclayout backup file, but I can't find any way to actually load it. This time, the tuner suddenly acted like it had an offset (even though there was no offset in settings) - like it was...

Anyone successfully connecting AxeFX SPDIF out to an interface?

Anyone successfully connecting AxeFX SPDIF out to an interface?

I ordered a couple more of the converter boxes as it seems that's the only questionable bit at this point. Audient suggested I get a "name brand" but the only branded ones I find are just random Chinese boxes with funny brand names. Anyone know of a box that is made by a reliable manufacturer?

Done all of the above. I do notice3 that sometimes, the error message will switch to "Mismatched Sample Rates." In Audio MIDI Setup, the Audient is ofc set to 48k. All of the converter boxes have been cheap amazon ones. Does anyone have a known good one?

Axe-Fx III Factory Presets for firmware 27.03

WOW!! I have been in camp Fractal since the Standard and I have never vibed well with the presets. I used to copy a handful of amp/cabs and some FX tricks and that's it. With these presets on the latest firmware, I am grabbing almost everything because it all sounds so fricking good!

Thanks for that. It seems that Turbo is giving ~16% more CPU as opposed to the 20% shown in the chart above (I realize that this is all preset specific and didn't expect the #s to line up perfectly). I guess I'll have to wait for AxeFX4 and hope that it has much more CPU just by the nature of...

Bumping this thread as I am unable to use dynacabs and ultra high reverbs on my "kitchen sink" Axe3 preset. I am trying to determine if the VP4 has more CPU than the difference between the Axe3 and the Axe3 Turbo. As it is, it would be more $ to sell my non-turbo and buy a turbo than the VP4.

Wish Change bypass/engage speed for the Pitch block (as was done to Wah in 21.02)

OK, then modify this request to apply only to the Whammy models. As it is, there is no way to avoid some transitory blip even with the "GoldenWhammy" crossfade trick. You might not hear it in a mix or with a high gain signal, but trying to do a "bar-dip" with a clean tone it is too noticeable.
