Well if you are dealing with indentations on bare or oiled wood then you can always go the route of the wet rag + soldering iron trick. Works wonders for me, just make sure there is enough towel in between so you don't burn anything. A couple minutes off and on and the wood should expand mostly...

Loose front imput jack?

Got my axe fx last week and was curious if all of the axe fx's have a pretty loose front input jack. I mean I was sitting at my desk and barely stepped on the cable and it pulled right out. Is this to prevent me from pulling the unit off my desk or what? Many Thanks!
