??? TS100 VS 50/50 ???

So what would my main differences in tone be running an Axe-FX II through a Carvin TS100 vs. an Atomic 50/50. I know everyone says the Atomic is the be all end all of PA's for the Axe-FX, but the differences in price may be the deciding factor for me if the differences in tone aren't that different.

Great, thank you. So if the PA models are as convincing as the preamp models, what is the purpose of using a tube power amp? I'm always one for tube (been playing tube since I started), but I don't see the point in spending the extra dough on a tube PA if the Axe-FX is that convincing.

Forgive my ignorance as well, but how are the poweramp sims on the Axe-FX ultra/II? Does each amp sim have it's own poweramp sim or are there just a few generic models? What all do you have in flexibility for the PA (presence, resonance, saturation, etc.)?

The cabs I'll be running it through the most are 2 Emperor 2x12's with Weber 65's in them, so basically 130w per cab. The only other cab I'll run it through is my 6x12 that runs 375 watts. I've ran tube amps for as long as I've played, so obviously I'd lean towards a tube poweramp, but I...

Newbie Has Some Questions. Help Please.

Thanks for the info. Looks like I won't be using FRFR speaker/systems in live settings due to the type of venues I play. Guess I won't be running cab sims unless I'm home plugged into my computer. Any suggestions on power amps? tube vs. solid state.

My other amps are an '82 JCM800 and a Ceriatone HeyWhat!? that I built, neither have fxloops. The only reason I am debating getting a virtually voiceless speaker is so that I can have faithful recreations of cabs using the cab sims.
