the new midi remote feature is awesome. hack virtually any midi controller that sends basic midi into whatever you want. I've turned my Maschine Mk3 into a pretty comprehensive remote for Cubase now and no longer need my Steinberg CMC TP/CH/AI units. Spent good amount of time this weekend...

In my large room which doubles as an entertainment area with tv. One end has my FR12’s and on the other end of the room roughly 20-25 ft is my computer desk/axe fx with my two CLRs. Sometimes I turn them all on at once. Quadraphonic is incredibly satisfying

I can't comment on translating to FOH as I don't do that but my guess might be the FR10 out of the two since the FR12 has more bass response, though its not night and day either. the FR10/12's are more cab like than FRFR. In my case, I'd say the CLR's would translate best to FOH. Others who...

this is precisely why I enjoy playing my guitar through the FR's over my CLRs. That being said I don't adjust anything in my presets for playing through one or the other which is the best part. CLR's still are kick ass though just more clinical and flat which I prefer when playing clean presets...

Been doing doing more research on this and listening to a lot of online demos going through the presets from Ominisphere and Arturia's Collection V. Both are great from what I'm hearing. I think the edge for more authentic analogue sounds go to Omni. Arturia gives you a plethora of emulations...

I’m gonna go through my thousands of synth sounds this week ha and see if I can’t get close. I’ve got many other VH synth presets bang on. Dreams, love walks in, why can’t this be love , feels so good , when it’s love but this bass layered sound is the last piece to the set I need

I've been trying to listen to new material lately so been tuning into some of Apple's curated playlists which to my surprise have been great. This track came on today....had to look it up. I've not heard of Jeff Kollman til now. Bangin groove.

Funny you mention LABS...I just downloaded all the free LABS last night. though I had helluva time with the installation /folders. my mac m2 and getting Komplete/kontakt to see the files. constant error messages. Finally figured it out and mainly I had to run the NI host in rosetta to get LABS...

The keyboards included in Omnisphere grabbed my attention right away. Will check out U-he. Last night I was also looking at some of Spitfire Audio's instruments/sample library. Very cool stuff. I'd love to get into scoring/composing. Too many interests! not enough time!!!!
