Given the processing power of current CPU's, I'm wondering how close real-time SPICE level guitar amp simulation is at this point?

I thought the current quantum/ares modeling was already based on real-time SPICE, but doing a search I found somewhat contradictory info:

Well, in the second link I posted Cliff said "the beautiful thing about the Quantum algorithms is that they are basically real-time SPICE models" while in the first link he says real-time SPICE could run only on a super-computer.Quantum isn't real-time, but I'm curious about Ares.

I'm confused
Where this thread goes I care not, as I will not be able to concentrate on anything else.

Another good reason to never turn it offSo can we mine for bit coins with our AXE3.

100%, I even did a tutorial on it
Thats great! But it needs a 12" touch screen before I buy it.
Will that be based on the same processor in the upcoming Axe FX5?New model will be announced April 1st 2019
With holographic display and Featuring new digilog technology. Neural audio transmission. Transferring audio information directly to your brain completely bypassing your ears. This way everyone “hears” the exact same thing, with the full audio spectrum we, as humans were born with. Will that be based on the same processor in the upcoming Axe FX5?
