My 2 cents (which may be all it's worth) Patch 36, FAS Modern (I think someone mentioned this amp) Running cab mono hi res (Recto V30 (RW)), Raise low cut to taste. Reverb, delay off. Pretty good note definition for me when playing your riff. You may try messing with the amp voicing...

Good God man, I don't know what you did, but this thing just came ALIVE! I haven't played this good ever! The dynamics are just perfect. Wow, this seems like a bigger jump than 2 to 3, but maybe it's just me.

This is certainly a possibility, you may be on to something. I had Axe-Edit connected the night it was happening. Last night I tried to re-create the issue, but it didn't happen. The only difference was Axe-Edit was disconnected last night.

Amp going into bypass mode while using Wah

Axe II is 3.02, MFC is 1.04. This randomly occurs when using the sweeping motion of the wah pedal, not the switch on the pedal that activates the wah. This also happened when using the Ultra, only noticed it when using a Plexi amp model if that matters. BTW, that link didn't work for me, not...

I don't. If I did the amp would go into bypass everytime I activated the wah pedal. The bypass is random and happens when moving the wah pedal after a period of time. This happened on the Ultra as well, could be a bug in the MFC.

Amp going into bypass mode while using Wah

While playing the "Cliffs of Dover" patch (Plexi Treble) and using the Wah (Mission Pedal -->MFC-->Ethernet-->AxeII) the amp went into bypass mode. This happened 3 times after various lengths of playing time and always while using the wah pedal. Axe 3.02, MFC current firmware.

Bug? Mac USB Issues

Still having issues with the clicks/pops as long as the Axe-Fx II is connected. I can even pull the Axe-FX II USB cord out of the back of the Mac while the track is playing and the clicks/pops instantly stop. 99% sure this is an Axe-Fx driver issue, but what do I know?

Fractal audio with hint of axe floor version. What are your expectations?

I would recommend picking up a used Axe-Fx Standard. I would guess you could find one in the $1000 range at some point.
