Yes,,, the Brootalz Amp still does it,, That is how I remember it acting on my amp too. and mine WAS an old one from the early 2000's. I knew I wasn't too Crazy.....lol It still did something odd when you turned it all the way down though I just cant remember what.....lol I'm gonna guess...
