Sorry for the late answer^^ Yeah you sure can do. It's pretty nice for the distortion bass channel. With lower Attack settings on the PD there is still enough low end coming through.

Thanks for the kind words! I'd say you can achieve the same 'tone' with the built in drives but the thing is that they differ in 'feel' and also introduced noise. I feel like the PD is so much cleaner and also for my stuff the built in noise gate is really great! (I work with 4 in total :D)...

Fairly well! But I think, with enough tweaking and knowing what you're after, you can dial in any tone with the axe that you could do with the PD. I guess the PD makes most sense on analog amps ^^

Hm I don't think it's worth the money for rythm guitars only. I tried to dial the built in T808 to match the precision drive, and I can't hear much of a difference. The T808 might have a bit more balls and a "rawer" characteristic, where as the precision drive is very clean. However, for the...

thanks for the advice bud, I noticed that too and it propably comes from the limiting stage. I dont really have any compression on my master except for a band machine ^^ the limiter however barely touches the peaks and reduces -3dB at max. Tried to avoid the mastering here since I always destroy...

Thanks! So the way I go about my bass presets is, that I split the signal in two and filter them. Signal one is only the bass and therefore will go through a clean bass amp without distortion, cause bassy distortion is bad! :P Signal two contains the mids and highs and I use a guitar amp in this...

Hi guys, Here's a short demo track of the newly modeled Darkglass B7K in the context of a mix. I used it on the signal chain for the mids and highs. There wasn't really much I had to do. Just cranked the tone and output with a slight amount of gain and boosting some of the upper clanky mids x)...
