My initial impression is that especially on fenders and vox type of NMV amps, the highs are sparkly yet smooth and silky. But it was good with 9.02 already so maybe I am just imagining things ... :)

Well ... HOLY WOW!!! :) I just tried the Marshalls. Reseted the amp, reseted the cab. I used stock cab 55. And it sounds fantastic. I even cranked everything up. and it still sounded fantastic. The best thing is the bass response - this really the first time when I feel like my low end is...

What I am hearing is probably due to my ears getting more and more experienced and familiar with the device, but I can actually hear difference between different tubes. Previously I did not hear much of a difference. Also I revisited the console page in cab block and I really appreciate it now...

Instrumental - Be Flat or Be Gone - blues/rock

Instrumental piece in Bb (B flat) and G minor (Be Gone). Blues Rock in style, I would say. :) I am no shredder, so it is more about making faces, but even that is a bit disguised by me looking at the fretboard :) A section is based on 12 bar blues and as all music nerds know, melody over blues...

IR tone

in axe edit, the cab block always defaults to 20k and I am using 8.something. .... (turning Axe on ..., checking cab 2, ...) well I was wrong, Cliff was right (duh), it defaults to 10k. All is well. Carry on. :)
