How to properly set scene levels from rhythm to solo?

Either way will work but IMO you need to look at the bigger picture of how that relates to a gig or a set that may include multiple presets. In my experience I usually use 3 of the scenes per preset as lead and the rest are rythmn type scenes. I would have to adjust 5 scenes rather than 3. If...

Pete Thorn is doing an FX8 video today.

Pete said he pulled it down and was going to repost it. There was an audio glitch about 2/3 of the way through it that made his voice sound flanged and echoed. It was only the room mic that picks up his voice when speaking and it didn't affect the music audio at all. Sent from my SM-G920V...

Pete Thorn is doing an FX8 video today.

I saw it yesterday on you tube and it was pretty good. He deconstructs each of the patches that he made for the exhibition tune but doesn't really detail any of the settings. There's even an acoustic guitar section in the demo track. The FX8 sounds fantastic and he seemed to really like it...

Has anyone created a Univibe?

The phaser setting in the Robin Trower preset combined with a little bit of chorus is pretty close. Sorry I don't recall the name of the preset but it's based on the song bridge of sighs. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

Knob protector bar blocking button 3

Scene Toggle with single button?

Seems to me using the sticky scene function and assigning two adjacent buttons (such as buttons 7 & 8) to the effects configurations needed would be just as effective. Even with a "scene toggle" setting as described, you still need to look at the floorboard and step on the correct switch when...

Relay trigger via external midi?

I went in search of a 2 button midi controller to switch preset's and the fewest button controller I found was a 3 button then I got to thinking. Can an external midi controller trigger the amp switching relays on the FX8? Anyone know if this is possible? Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

Auto Gate On / Off

Is there anyway to have a preset's gate turn on when a drive is activated and turn off when the drive is bypassed? I don't want to use a block for a gate and the preset is filled with 8 FX. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

Guitar vol roll off, vs lower block level in the fx8?

Probably not by just dialing back the level alone. When you roll back the volume on your guitar the potentiometer loses a little bit of high end as well as hitting the preamp a bit softer and the resulting tone is what you are perceiving as the sweet spot. You may be able to approximate that...

Delay Settings 1/4 - 1/8 Notes etc
