Delay Settings 1/4 - 1/8 Notes etc

I'm sure it has to be possible to set a delay to an note division rather than a millisecond setting but I can't seem to find this in the edit pages.
What am I missing?

Thanks Bakerman. I must have been bleary eyed last night after playing with this thing for 8 hours. I found it right after posting.
