Wah post - please help me find it!?

Thanks Bakerman, I'd seen that one too. The problem I have is that with my mission pedal, it just feels like it doesn't sweep uniformly or that much - almost as if the pedal would be better if it had twice the travel. Its almost like it goes from the lowest freq to the highest too quickly.

Wah post - please help me find it!?

Thanks The_Kid - put one in front, and sounds much better thx. The only problem now is that when using my Mission pedal, it doesn't seem to have that much "sweep" - it feels more like a step than a smooth wah effect. I have it set to auto engage. Any one else had this problem?

Hi, There was a post a few months ago about the wah effect sounding a bit thin - as mine does. The poster suggested (I think) a filter block before hand that engaged with the wah. I can't find the post anywhere - can anyone who remembers it help and point me at it? Cheers

I think by "text" he means the schematic for the amp is created in a text file and parsed by his code to create the model. So he just changed the text file to include a new component at the appropriate point in the signal chain and re-created the model.

Java MFC Editor and sysex messages

Hi, As a hobby project I was going to knock together a Java application to modify the MFC settings. I've got a little app talking to an UNO Midi interface - next step is to send/receive data from the MFC. That relies on de-coding the sysex messages/dump file... I see its been done for the...

Wish Another idea for Colourblind people

Its a reasonable point on having lots of IAs flashing, but if it was optional per IA then you could set them up as you saw fit. Ie I might want Boost to always flash so I was certain it was on, and others not for example. I dont know about others, but I usually only have 2-3 effects blocks on...

Wish Another idea for Colourblind people

Hi, I like the new option for showing the light on/off for an IA in AxeFX mode. As an alternative can we have an option "Flash" So the IA is lit for available, but inactive. And flashes for enabled and active. This is instead of the default red/green. So red stays as it is, but green...

Pauliusmm - agreed. I gave up on the MFC screen - it didnt seem as accurate as the AxeFX unit.

Using the Ultra with a real amp

Why dont you setup a patch that is just pass through - ie no blocks, but just a connector from input to output, and see how it sounds. You can then keep the number of variables to a minimum.
