Wish Bypass effect after upper limit

I would love of you could expand the "Chan Inc / Dec"-functionality with an option to "Bypass effect after upper limit". This way you could use one switch, i.ex "tap" on Drive 1 to go from Chan A -> Chan B -> Chan C -> Bypass -> Chan A.... and so on. Now I have to use the Hold mode to bypass...

    That "elusive" 80s tone....

Camilo Velandia (@camilovelandiamusic) made the perfect preset a few years back: The preset is on his website for free. As many have mentioned, THAT 80’s sound need more than just the tri. Active pups (or at least in «out of phase»-position) -> Hard compressor -> EQ with a big dip in the mid ->...

Possible to set initial value per scene AND control by external pedal

Thanks for replying. My bad. Forgot to mention that I use the FC-12, with 3 expression pedals (two Boss FV-500 for volume and delay mix, and one Mission for wah).

Possible to set initial value per scene AND control by external pedal

Howdy! I use my AF3 with the FC-12 and 3 external FC (two Boss FV-500 for volume and delay mix, and one Mission for wah). I normally set my delay block with a modifier connected to "input gain"> FC Pedal 1. Works as a charm. Other times I have 'em set to fixed values by scenes. I.ex: Scene1 =...

Michael Landau’s 'I’m buzzed' with Axe & UAD

Noodling around with some fragments of Michael Landau’s “I’m buzzed”. Tried to replicate that “80’s trichorus” sound with Soundtoys Microshift and UAD trichorus. The rest is Axe-FX II (or AX-8, can’t really remember). I believe I used my Plexi 50w preset. Sounds great IMHO. Guess I have to get...

Justin Derrico - "Babe, I'm gonna leave you" (Pink version)

Better late than never. Here's the preset used in this clip:

    Dag Tofteng - Baritone funk

Sure thing! Here it is! Nothing fancy in it, but does the job quite well. PS! I've lowered the input gain a lot due to the hot pup's!

    Dag Tofteng - Baritone funk

Inspired by the great Mark Lettieri (Snarky puppy), I decided to give my OWL baritoneguitar a try. The strat is a Suhr Classic with VP60lp pups. Axe-FX II all the way straight into Cubase.

How many patches do you all use?

    10-15. I use 4 of the presets 98% of the time. I've called them: 1. Fender-ish 2. Vox-ish 2. Marshall-ish 4. Lukather 90's 5. Jazz-ish 6. Acoustic 7. Nylon Each of the first 4 presets have a couple of drives, two delays (mix controlled by exp-pedal), X/Y reverb, and some modulation fx's. The...

Justin Derrico - "Babe, I'm gonna leave you" (Pink version)

Thanks for the kind words everyone. Will share the preset on AxeChange, soon... I really love the sound in the Hook amps.

Justin Derrico - "Babe, I'm gonna leave you" (Pink version)

This is my attempt to get some of the essence of the great "Babe, I'm gonna leave you" solo by Justin Derrico (Pink, Funhouse version). Not the entire solo though. Gibson LP Standard 2012 into Axe-FX II (Capt Hook 2B amp).

Axe-FX III Tri-Chorus vs. Fulltone TERC (reprise)

We can all stop tweaking. The perfect preset is made! I just listened to Camilo Velandia's tri-chorus preset on the Axe-FX III, and I would said it's as close as you can possible get to THE Landau/Huff-sound. And he plays so tasty.

Michael Landau style Tri Stereo Chorus

Brilliant! By far the best trichorus-preset I've heard on the Axe-FX.

Axe-FX III Tri-Chorus vs. Fulltone TERC (reprise)

It's also important to remember that the trichorus-effect itself doesn't give you that good 'ol Landau sound. Heavy compression, detune, modulated delay/verb, out-of-phase position and preferable mid-boost is all components that is needed to to get THAT sound. I remember this Youtube clip, that...
