    I had problems with the 410HJS using a Mk1 FX8, but a firmware update quite a while ago fixed it. I wonder if the Mk2 has had a similar issue.

    The initial problem was sorted out when Fractal released updated software, I forget which version it was that corrected it, by if you are up to date the HJS FX8 combination works exactly as it should.

    That should work then, Obvious things to check - is the amp set to channel one too? Are you using the right midi sockets on the FX8 and the amp (I myself have spent ages trying to figure out what was wrong when I had plugged the midi cable into the thru on my amp, rather than the in!)
