FX8 frozen: Error No.: 101

Help!
My Mk1 FX8 will not start. After the flash screen it reports "error 101, corrupt conf, using defaults" and tells me to press enter to continue, however this does not do anything and the unit remains frozen.

I have had errors before when the unit has revered to default config, but it's never frozen.

Is the some sort of hard reset I can do or is this more sinister?

Got a response - it needs to go in for repairs. Odd that you and I got the same thing at the same time JamDoc.

To close the loop - the new 5.02 firmware release fixed the issue.

I had the same issue and contacted support. Installing the new firmware fixes the problem without sending unit in.
