our tuner is stuck.

When we go into tuner mode, it is stuck on A8, the strobe and meter turn according to the notes and the tweaking we do, but the display doesn't move from A8.

We just upgraded to Firmware 7.0

Check the usual things like if you are viewing tuner through mfc then the axfx must be on the tuner dysplay and not the configuration tab, in the tuner.

I love the tuner on FW 7.x; on the front panel itself. Not useful on AE or MFC ........ but, can't beat it on the front panel ...... please ....... don't change that in FW ?.?

Do you mean "tempered" tuning or something like that? So you can de-tune specific stings by a few cents?

And save presets for each guitar.

Very aware of the axe tuner yek- I am talking about the ability to store alternate tunings, for example when I switch from std tuning guitars to btfs guitars, without having to stop mid gig and enter the offsets.

You can have one set of offsets stored. Then you can enable or disable the offsets to switch between std and custom.
