Its very interesting - I have had a GT 1000FX for over 10 years now - its used almost every day - never have had an issue with it. It is a UK one - not sure what happened but seems like their quality went down after 2020.

I don't think he had anything to do with the amps catching on fire.

i have a gt1000fx that routinely blew fuses. They were always helpful in narrowing down what could be wrong...never found out why. I still use my FR12 though.

Same here ...Dealt with Andy in the US location. He replaced a Gt1000fx for me no charge for a minor issue I was having.
