AX8 XLR Outputs problem!

Hi! Today the stage technicians did a big mistake and connected my AX8 to the wrong current source... first the XLR outputs started to do a weird noise... the techs fixed the current problem but after all that, the XLR outputs stopped working!!

I did several tests but not, the XLR Outputs are not working anymore...

For today's show I will be connected through the 1/4" outputs and direct boxes... all the other things are working well, the controls, sounds, presets, etc... just the XLR outputs are not working...

Is there any "protection system" that is making that the XLR Outputs dont work? Or could be a real damage?

Could you help me with that guys? :-/

Thanks for reply... What is the procces to send the unit to Fractal for repair? I live in Mexico...
