X/Y states...can MFC do what AX8 does

I have had my Axe FX II and MFC for 3-4 years but recently just picked up the AX8. I love that the IA switches toggle on/off the block as well you can hold it down to go from "X" state to "y" state and toggle on off.

Is this possible on MFC-101?

The MFC does not have assignable Hold functions on the IA switches. An exception is the specific "Hold Tap for Tuner" function, and some hold functions on the System switches.

EDIT- How do folks generally switch from "x" to "y" when playing live for example?

I use SCENES, or assign a dedicated IA Switch to change the desired block's XY switch. (Example" AMP1 XY" can be assigned to an IA Switch).
