WISH. Using Amp and Cab on info panel in Axe-Edit (main and manager mode)

The idea is to add amp and cab, which using in current preset (now is only displays used amplifiers). Especially important in Axe-manage mode (currently there is no such panel in Manager mode). Now the window of Axe-manager mode covers main window of Axe-Edit and info with using amp and cab in current preset would be very useful.
