One of the things that irks the sh__ out of me about Axe Edit is the fact that it doesn't have support for full screen mode on OS X
It would also be nice if it used the standard system fonts, menus, and Cocoa UI elements too, and followed Apple's basic UI guidelines -- but that's being a bit nit picky I suppose :O
Sorry, I took a UI design class when I was going for my comp sci degree...This app definitely breaks more than a few rules though, lol.
But I suppose it's still better than what Kemper's app is, or should I say isn't...

Axe-Edit is created using a platform that has its own UI tools and implicit rules. It offers a seamless experience across Mac and Windows and potentially other platforms. We could push it into greater compliance with OS standards, but there are bigger fish to fry. Full screen support might be easy, but it would just be black bars.
