Currently, it appears you have to capture and then dump to a .IR file, and then load that file into a mixer slot in Cab Lab to mix with other IRs. I think it would be a big time saver if we could capture the .IR file directly to the mixer slots.
The workflow would look like:
1. Select mixer slot #1 - IR Capture
2. Capture your IR
3. IR appears immediately in mixer slot #1
4. Repeat process for mixer slots #2, 3, 4, etc
5. Output mix file / IR to Axe FX
6. Choose whether or not you want to save the individual mix source IRs (perhaps a bulk saving / naming tool to apply a naming convention to all IRs loaded in the mixer slots?)
For me anyway, that would be a huge time saver since I can load up 8 different IR shots in the moment, mix them however I like, and then save the source files for future mixing if I so choose. As it stands, this all needs to be manual work, one IR at a time, which becomes tedious when you're shooting IRs from scratch.
