why am I so quiet?

Hey guys, pretty new to the forums so I'm hoping someone here can help me out.

I'm running an Axe Ultra through a XPS-1200 Gensound power amp, into a Marshall 4x10, and I'm getting nothing louder than bedroom volume.

I've tried different power amps, cabs, and tried bypassing both cab sims and amp sims, and I'm still super quiet. I can't figure out why I'm so quiet

can you try the axe through anything else to see if it's as loud as you expect?

is the Gain slider in the front panel Global Menu EQ set to 0 dB?

i'm assuming you're turning the Output volume knob up on the front panel?

what output of the axe are you using?

what kind of cables are you connecting from the axe to the power amp?

have you tried multiple presets on the axe? what level does the front panel Utility Status menu show for the outputs?

what kind of guitar are you using? does it make the expected amount of volume with any other gear?

is the front panel Bypass button on?
