Whoa! Where’s FW 29.01 Release gone?

Just got ready to download/install the new 29.01 Release firmware — but the link (normally at the top of the Discussion page) is gone?!? Please advise.

Probably a browser caching issue. Try a hard reload (shift while clicking reload button) on the Axe-FX 3 forum page.

I think if you ignore a person, you cannot see anything he is posting.

Correct. DIdn't show up on either of my electronic devices (laptop/iphone) – it was like it didn't exist. Top post in "pinned" section was "Presets for 28.06" post.

I think if you ignore a person, you cannot see anything he is posting.

You see that the ignored person posted something, but the post is replaced with "You are ignoring content posted by this user" or sth to that effect. Ignored threads, however, just disappear, IIRC.

But his earlier post said "the link is gone" and I thought he meant the firmware link in the past but he meant the link to the thread.

Apparently so. I thought I had "unwatched" the thread (replied with a "thanks", then got my In Box filled every time someone else did the same), but I'm guessing I "ignored" it instead.

And me ignore @FractalAudio ? That would be a hard "never!".
